- NUMEROLOGY -
WHAT
IT IS:
Everything in life
is energy. Sounds have energy. Letters make up words, which have sounds.
Therefore, letters have energy. Thus, the letters in your name, and the numbers
in your birth date have energy.
NUMEROLOGY is the
study of energetic influences in a person’s life based on his/her name and
birth day. Certain configurations in the name and birth day are computed in a
way which suggest the flow of energy which influences one’s life.
WHAT
IT DOES:
For example, the
energy of a person’s name define that person’s entire character in different
ways. The first letter in a person’s name is called the “Cornerstone” for it is
the first stone laid in the foundation of your character. Let’s work with the
first letter in the alphabet (“A”), which is given the energy frequency of “1.”
If your name is “Amy,” for instance, your Cornerstone is “1.” This means the
basic foundation of your character is (”1”) -- to be a leader, to be an
original thinker, to have strong beliefs and convictions about life, and
sometimes to stand at the top, where it is lonely and separate from others.
A person’s name will
also reveal a person’s Personality, Soul Urge, Quiescent Self, and Key. It will
also reveal his/her Ruling Passion, Karmic lessons in this lifetime, as well as
testing numbers.
A person’s birth day
will reveal his/her Life path, the Cycles (environment) and Pinnacles (events)
of his/her life, as well as challenges and tests which will surface during
one’s lifetime.
In addition to
defining a person’s character and destiny in a chart, the Numerologist must
consider that numbers will harmonize, conflict, support or lead other numbers
depending on their position and aspects with other numbers. A good chart will
point out weaknesses and strengths, as well as potential self-sabotage along
one’s Life Path.

1:
This vibration
emanates the energy of SELF-INDIVIDUALIZATION. “1” is the leader, strong and
determined to accomplish personal goals, to fulfill personal dreams. It can
stand alone, against the masses. It reaches the TOP easily, because it has
strong motivation. When you are #1, you are in the lead and at the top. | |

|
|
2:
This is the energy
of partnership and COMPROMISE, of seeing two sides of an issue, of being
patient. “2” seeks to generate PEACE and HARMONY in the environment.
"2" is the vibration of DIPLOMACY and TACT. It knows how to take a
BACK SEAT in certain situations, allowing someone else to have the spotlight,
and it is especially talented at compromise, seeing another person's point of
view and acceding validity to that other viewpoint. |
|
|
3:
The energy of “3” is
that of COMMUNICATION of thoughts and feelings to others, preferably in some
artistic way. “3” has a strong need to socialize and express itself to others.
"3" tends to be lighthearted and gay, because it seeks admiration and
approval from others. Because of this "light" attitude, some people
may think you "flaky" unless you have stabilizing elements
("4" or "6") in other positions in your heart. |
|
|
4:
This vibration is
one of dependability, stability and HARD WORK. “4” has the ability to make a
commitment, and then follow through on all the details until the task is
finished. “4” is steadfast, loyal and conservative, and it has the ability to
BUILD from nothing to something substantial, whether it is a relationship, a
career, or a general lifestyle. |
|
|
5:
This energy
vibration is OPEN-MINDED and enthusiastic about the unknown. Therefore, it
enjoys traveling, social gatherings, making new friends, going to new places.
Because of the “friendly” essence of “5,” anyone with a lot of 5 vibrations
would make an excellent salesperson, presenting a product exactly to the
specific requirements of a customer. |
|
|
6:
This vibration is
one of DOMESTIC RESPONSIBILITY following through on the duties and obligations
related to the happiness and welfare of loved ones. A person with strong “6”
vibes would make an excellent parent or spouse, for “6” knows how to
automatically assume responsibility for those under its care. |
|
|
7:
The energy essence
of ”7” is that of the LONER and PHILOSOPHER, intrinsically self reliant and
enjoying the peace and serenity of being alone, without being lonely. “7” has
the tendency to try to solve all problems by itself, without relying on another
person's help. It is introspective and analytical, relying on the INNER WORLD
of philosophy to justify and rationalize the dilemmas in life. |
|
|
8:
This vibration
stands for the pragmatic EXECUTIVE, one who conceives of a long range plan, and
then by sheer willpower and skill, EXECUTES such plan to success.
Unfortunately, this may mean sacrificing attention on PERSONAL relationships,
since the “8” focus is on achievement of SUCCESS. (A stereotype case where
little time is left over for family and friends, because too busy making
success of job.) If “8” falls in a strong position, one would look for
softening vibrations in the chart ("2" or "9"). |
|
|
9:
This vibration is
that of the HUMANITARIAN, one who is so sensitive to the vicissitudes and
painful elements of life. “9” is totally compassionate and tolerant of the
circumstances of others. With strong “9” vibes, a person could be an easy mark
unless there are aggressive vibrations to counteract the empathy to others. An
"8" or "l" would be nice. |
